Life on Board - Old WarriorsWarrior’s chequered career saw her perform a variety of roles, from front-ranking battleship in the 1860s through coastguard vessel in the 1870s and 1880s to Torpedo boat mother-ship from 1902-4 and part of HMS Vernon from 1904-24. During that time several thousands of men served in her in varying capacities.
In an ambitious undertaking we are endeavouring to trace those who have served in the ship during her long and varied career. If you are related to someone who served in the ship during her history we would be grateful if you could offer any information for our growing Genealogical Archive.
Can you help?
If so, please complete one of our ‘Old Warrior’ forms below or email: archives@hmswarrior.org
