Warrior is also a popular location for filming and photography. We can cater for both commercial and non-commercial projects and each enquiry is dealt with on an individual basis. Please be aware: Professional or commercial filming/photography is not permitted onboard/alongside HMS Warrior without negotiation and the prior permission, in writing, of the Warrior Preservation Trust.
HMS Warrior is much sought after as a filming and photography location.
This unique mid-Victorian warship combining sail and steam, offers ideal period settings for passenger/warships. Completely and accurately restored to the days of her first commission (1861-4) she offers a spacious and adaptable location.
Fully rigged, with four vast decks and a working (replica) steam engine plus boiler-room Warrior often 'doubles' for other ships of the period including Brunel's SS Great Britain and the Great Eastern, US Civil War ships and passenger liners.
