The first iron-hulled battleship, HMS Warrior 1860 is one of the world's most significant and iconic historic warships. Her unique design changed maritime strategy and tactics for all time.
The ship is the responsibility of the Warrior Preservation Trust, an independent charity that is not supported by any government department or grants. To preserve the ship to a high and safe standard, for the benefit of this and future generations, the trust relies on income from visitors, donations, weddings, private functions and fundraising events.
